Questions about cases and non-emergencies will be responded to on weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
EMERGENCY FEES AND PROCEDURES
*ALL FEES FOR EMERGENCY AND AFTER-HOURS ATTORNEY SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF THE REQUEST - INCLUDING PRIOR TO POLICE STATION VISITS. We accept cash, credit/check cards, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle and other payment methods. Pre-payment is required regardless of the nature of the emergency incident and no specific results are guaranteed. Emergency response is dependent on attorney availability and location.
Emergency requests should include both a phone call and text message to (312) 429-1888 indicating the specific nature of the emergency, CLIENT’s name, location of the client, and CALLBACK NUMBER. We will contact you for further information and, if appropriate, dispatch an attorney to respond to the POLICE STATION OR OTHER location immediately.
