To begin work on your case, we require a down payment, which will be followed by monthly payments to cover the remaining balance. Our aim is to provide you with a payment plan that is affordable and manageable. We believe that transparency is crucial. Your engagement letter and retainer agreement will outline your payment plan in detail, including the exact dates and amounts of all payments due.

We do not charge an hourly fee, and most cases will not require any additional payments beyond the flat fee retainer amount. If your case goes to jury trial, additional fees may apply and will be clearly laid out in your retainer agreement. We accept various payment methods, including Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo. You can also pay by credit card.
